Over the years, we have pursued and fulfilled lucrative contract opportunities by forming productive synergies with selected companies. The successful completion of these projects can be directly related to the enhanced capacities derived from the joint effort, the pooling of talent and resources by each partner, and the resulting cost-effectiveness. Nolmar currently owns and manages these subsidiary companies:

Namco Pipe & Supply Company, LLC
Namco is a rental, sales and supply company focused on delivering drilling and completion equipment to the oil and gas industry. In 1995, Nolmar formed Namco to pursue pipe sales and hevi-wate pipe rental business with the major oil companies.

In 1999, Namco entered into an LLC relationship with Quality Rental Tools based in Houma, Louisiana, with Nolmar as the majority owner. This alliance not only strengthened Namco’s position with the oil companies, but significantly enhanced its presence in the industry.

Nolmar  Empire Services
Nolmar Empire, also formed by Nolmar in 2004, is an LLC venture with Empire Janitorial Sales & Services, which enhances Nolmar’s performance in its Facilities Maintenance division.
