	Over the past few years, Nolmar has developed a food distribution business by forming alliances with local food vendors. These alliances have grown to service the New Orleans International Airport and area casinos. Lauren Marshall Manager of Food Distribution Lauren Marshall is a New Orleans native, and has been with Nolmar for five years. She is a graduate of the University of New Orleans, and has extensive experience in Customer Service and Management. As Manager of Food Distribution, Lauren has further honed her customer service skills. She has a keen sense of detail and organization, and always strives to ensure that the Food Services Division of Nolmar exudes professionalism at every turn. Lauren is a welcome addition, and consistently serves our customers in ways that exceed their expectations.
